Who we are.
Using PlayDock.
Accepting these terms
By accessing the website or using PlayDock Arcade, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are not old enough to enter into these terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.
Personal-use license
Rebuff Corp grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PlayDock Arcade on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules. Rebuff Corp and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.
Safe active play
PlayDock can involve physical movement. Use a clear, well-lit play area; keep away from traffic, stairs, breakable objects, pets, and other hazards; follow on-screen guidance; and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. A responsible adult should supervise anyone who needs help choosing a safe play area.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse PlayDock, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, evade technical limits, introduce harmful code, infringe another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not copy, sell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from PlayDock except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Content and service operation.
Ownership
PlayDock's software, game content, artwork, audiovisual material, brands, and other service materials are owned by Rebuff Corp or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Feedback you choose to provide may be used to improve PlayDock without an obligation to compensate you.
Availability and changes
Features, compatible devices, and content may change as PlayDock is improved. Rebuff Corp may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Third-party services
PlayDock may rely on app stores, hosting, network, device, display, and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Rebuff Corp is not responsible for a third party's independent service, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Legal limits.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayDock is provided “as is” and “as available.” Rebuff Corp disclaims implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebuff Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of PlayDock.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Your local consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
Changes and contact.
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way when required by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
