Shipping Policy

PlayDock ships from the United States to destinations available at checkout. The Dock is in stock and ships within five days. Shipping costs appear before payment.

United States: Standard Shipping is $4.99 (estimated 3–5 business days in transit). Express Shipping is $12.99 (estimated 1–2 business days in transit). There is no free-shipping offer.

International: The current International Standard rate is $24.99 for supported destinations (estimated 5–8 business days in transit). Customs fees or import duties may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders are processed on business days, excluding public holidays. We email tracking information when your order ships. If tracking has not updated within three business days or your package arrives damaged, contact info@playdock.io. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
