Is my child's video recorded?
No. The camera is used only to detect motion, and that happens on your phone. Raw video is processed in real time and never saved, streamed or uploaded.
Does PlayDock use facial recognition?
No. PlayDock tracks body-motion landmarks to run the games. It does not identify faces or build identity profiles.
Can strangers contact my kids?
No. There is no open chat and no social/stranger contact inside PlayDock. Play stays local to your home.
Are there ads or in-app purchases in games?
No. Games are age-appropriate and family-friendly. The only optional purchase is Fun Pass, which sits behind a parent purchase gate.
How much space do we need?
About 6 feet of clear floor works for most games. Clear away obstacles and give younger players a soft surface underfoot.
Can I delete our data?
Yes. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from your PlayDock account settings.
